First project’s activties will be three international meetings of the two UE Partner – IBO Italia and Lumea Lui Pinochio – with each of the extra – UE partner. The meeting aims to implement a field analysis of volunteering sector and youth work at local level and to realize a need assessment in the field of volunteers management. Collected data and information will be the basis for detailing the specific programme of the training for youth workers in Italy.

Where: Kavital, Karnataka, India

- To better know the activities of the Centre in the youth work.
- To get in touch with the local context
- Active participation to the afternoon activities with children;
- Visit local villages and the families of the target groups together with the social workers.
- To empower networking with local associations active in social inclusion;
- To inform the local staff on the next project’s steps.
Meeting with Association Pueblo Grande
Where: Santa Rosa, Distretto di Puente Piedra, Lima, Perù

- To better know the activities of the association in the youth work;
- Visit to the informal urban settlement of Santa Ana. Collect data and information on local context
- Active participation to the activities for children and local community;
- Networking with local and national organizations active in the rpomotion of volunteering
- Visit other projects of social inclusion in the urban settlements of North Lima
